How to Submit a Ticket

Via Web Portal:

  1. Log in to the helpdesk portal
  2. Visit the My Account > Support Tickets and submit “New Ticket” button
  3. Write a clear subject line describing your issue
  4. Fill in the description with detailed information
  5. Add attachments if relevant (screenshots, documents, error logs)
  6. Select a category that best matches your issue (if available)
  7. Click “Submit”
  8. You’ll receive email confirmation with a ticket number (e.g., #12345) – uset this number for reference

Via Email:

  1. Compose a new email to support@woop.design
  2. Write a descriptive subject line (this becomes your ticket subject)
  3. Include all relevant details in the email body
  4. Attach any helpful files (screenshots, documents)
  5. Send the email
  6. You’ll receive an auto-reply with your ticket number

After submission:

  • Check your email for a confirmation message with your ticket number
  • You can reply to this email to add more information
  • Log into the portal anytime to check status and updates
