Via Web Portal:
- Log in to the helpdesk portal
- Visit the “My Account > Support Tickets“ and submit “New Ticket” button
- Write a clear subject line describing your issue
- Fill in the description with detailed information
- Add attachments if relevant (screenshots, documents, error logs)
- Select a category that best matches your issue (if available)
- Click “Submit”
- You’ll receive email confirmation with a ticket number (e.g., #12345) – uset this number for reference
Via Email:
- Compose a new email to support@woop.design
- Write a descriptive subject line (this becomes your ticket subject)
- Include all relevant details in the email body
- Attach any helpful files (screenshots, documents)
- Send the email
- You’ll receive an auto-reply with your ticket number
After submission:
- Check your email for a confirmation message with your ticket number
- You can reply to this email to add more information
- Log into the portal anytime to check status and updates
