How to Access Support

Option 1: Web Portal #

Visit our helpdesk portal at My-account and click “New Ticket”. You may need to log in with your account credentials.

Option 2: Email Submission #

Send your request directly to support@woop.design. The system will automatically create a ticket from your email. Make sure to:

  • Use the email address associated with your account
  • Include a clear subject line
  • Keep all replies in the same email thread to maintain ticket continuity

First-time users #

If this is your first time contacting support, we’ll create an account for you automatically. You’ll receive login credentials to access the web portal and view all your tickets in one place.
